1. General
These terms govern access to parushev.fashion (and related shop URLs) operated by Parushev Fashion House (legal entity details to be completed: full company name, ЕИК/UIC, registered address). Contact: atelier@parushev.fashion. Atelier: Tsar Ivan Shishman St., Sofia, Bulgaria.
By browsing the shop or placing an order you agree to these terms. Separate atelier / bespoke projects may be governed by a written agreement after consultation.
2. Products and prices
Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown in the shop. We take care that information is accurate, but minor differences (especially with natural fabrics and handmade finishing) may occur.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
We may correct obvious pricing or stock errors and cancel an order before dispatch, with notice to you.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy the selected items. We confirm acceptance by order confirmation (on-screen and/or email). We may refuse an order (e.g. stock, delivery limits, suspected misuse).
You are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details.
4. Payment — cash on delivery
At present, the online shop offers cash on delivery (COD): you pay the courier or delivery agent when you receive the goods, in cash or by another method the carrier accepts on delivery, as agreed at dispatch.
We do not take card payments on this website for the current checkout flow described in these terms. If additional payment methods are enabled later, these terms will be updated.
If you refuse the parcel without a valid reason under consumer law, we may charge reasonable return shipping costs where permitted.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout when available. Times are indicative and may vary by location and carrier.
Risk of loss or damage passes according to applicable consumer and commercial rules for the delivery method used.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions (for example sealed goods opened after delivery where hygiene applies, or clearly personalised/bespoke items made to your specifications).
To withdraw, contact us at the email above with your order number. Return the goods unused, in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible, following the instructions we provide. You may need to bear return shipping costs unless we inform you otherwise or the law requires us to bear them.
We refund the price paid for returned goods and standard delivery (where required by law) after we receive and inspect the return, using a reasonable method.
7. Bespoke and atelier work
Custom / made-to-measure projects start with consultation. Production timelines, deposits, fittings, and final price are agreed separately. Statutory withdrawal may not apply to clearly personalised goods; we will explain this before you commit.
8. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and imagery belong to Parushev or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.
9. Liability
We are liable for defective goods under mandatory consumer law. We are not liable for indirect loss beyond what the law allows, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.
Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue elsewhere. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform where applicable.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to new orders placed after the update date.
